I have had i-Tunes for about a year, and really love it. However, only a few weeks ago as I attempted to open the program, it sent me an error message that it was unable to open. I quickly uninstalled that version of i-Tunes and downloaded it again (only Apple had a newer version than I originally had..4.6). But the program still would not open and I received an error message. I really want to be able to listen to my music, and I have no idea what more I can do to fix my problem. Does anyone know of a solution. Thanks.
hunny yer on the wrong website for iTunes support .. although i feel for ya. since you are paying apple for the service you should be able to get support from them on this issue. honestly speaking though if u want music u should buy legit used copies off of amazon.com ... back them up for your personal use and transfer to yer mp3 player. this route is more economical and you control its use this way .. good luck
