Okay I have a Ipod mini and have been using Itunes for about a year now to update my songs but all of the sudden i am having problems with it. When i try to open itunes a message pops up that says Windows itunes Has encountered an Error and Cannot Continue and then it gives me the option to Send an Error Report or Dont Send and Error report to microsoft. I tryied re installing i-tunes and tried downloading it but everyime i install it the same message pops up. cna anyone help me?
yeah i stupidly did a system restore that screwed everything up. I thought it would help restoring my comp to an earlier time but all it did was fusk everything up and when I try to undo the restore it wont let me, a blue screen pops up with a bunch of error messages.
Something has obviously been changed and that's why iTunes has got screwed. You may have to do a complete restore so everything get's erased and start from scratch. Im not sure whether you have many other options besides this.
i am using a dell inspiron laptop and i dont have the backup disc for it, is their ways of getting one?
