I can't open my ituned program I spoke to apple and they said it was a microsoft problem then microsoft said talk to HP and i did and there was nothing i can do whe i open it eccounter the same problem even after i redownloaded itunes please help
Hi Wayne2424: what exactly is the issue you experience when trying to start iTunes? does your computer freeze? Press Crl+Alt+Del and go to task manager. Do you see an iTunes entry in the Processes tab?
no it doesnt freeze it just doesnt open up and it sayd microsoft has encounted a problem. i delated and then reinstalled and it still happens. there's not much else i no what to do short of rebooting the computer like new
When you "redownloaded" your iTunes, did you make sure to restart your PC? I would follow these Apple instructions carefully. I have had problems with my iTunes and have reinstalled according to the instructions. It worked for me: support(.)apple(.)com/kb/HT1923
I did what u sent me and i still and open up itunes the only thing i might have to do is reboot my computer cause i backed up all of my music
