as far as i know, you need to do it with 2 steps.

    (1) remove DRM from iTunes (M4v, M4p, MP4) legally by converting iTunes to unprotected WMV formats firstly,
    (2) Burn resulting file to DVD.
you can see this guide for help http://www.dvdtoitunes.com/burn-itunes-video-to-dvd.html

Yea i try it, and what this program do is kinda play the file while recording it to a new file without the drm on, in the process use alot of ram and resources making your computer unresponsive, is kinda what i did i just bought the wires hooked my ipod to my stand alone dvd recorder and play thru the dvd while it record it, is called the analog loophole, it work for me,i just thought that someone have found a way around it with some kind of program, that tunebite software not recomend it.

I guess you can report your error message to their support team support@xilisoft.com.

I did this before, and they are helpful.
