itunes will not open i am on vista qtime will open ok tried loads of times ne one no wots wrong wots the best other programs like itunes thanks please help soon kids goin mad!!!
Ok i been on vista since it came out, i never had a problem with itunes, my sugestions if you haven't already fix your problem, uninstall itunes completely and quicktime, go to apple page download a fresh copy of itunes, re install, gotta make sure if you are on vista x64 you will need itunes for vista 64, if not then just reinstall itunes. If you only want to add songs and create and edit playlists on your ipod, you should try using an alternative to itunes. there is an app called Manager that's pretty cool. It's much faster and lighter than itunes. Besides, you can install it on your ipod, so you can connect it to any pc without it getting wipped out. cool huh?
