I am getting quite used to linux since I have installed Kubuntu. It runs a lot faster than Windows on my PC execpt for one thing, the web browsers. It boots up faster, loads up faster and performs faster over all only the web browser are just a little slower. I have read about some "lightweight" distros and I was wondering if they can do as much as normal distros? Is Xfce not as good as KDE or GNOME? From what I've read Xfce would run a heck of a lot better on my PC.
