Is anybody having problems in contacting iwantabox. Need to get some boxes for my mates but no joy in them ringing me back? Any feedback Emo
Ive not tried contacting them by phone by their email communications is great I had a box lost in transist dropped them an email and another was shipped from their supplier no problem with 10% off any more boxes I buy and a free gift

My last order was 7 and I got a wholesale order. They phoned me and like you said excellent service. Do you have their mobile? Emo
I sent them a cheque 2weeks ago and havent heard anything back yet,no boxes and no replys to my e-mails. is it time to panic yet?
i been emailing iwantabox for over a week, because box has broken down. no reply from them. so i guess they've done a runner.
Sexytype:- Same thing happened to me but a friend of mine told me to email iwantabox@gmail.com or iwantaboxsales@gmail.com apparently there contact form went down. its all working perfectly fine now. if in doubt as i said email them at the address above. There a great company ive been buying boxes from them for about a year now so you havent got anything to worry about there client support is second to none as well im sure they will help you to get your box up and running. all the best.

What do you guys make of the email from iwant**** to ant of their customers regarding no longer providing downloadable software updates. Ok, I've had the box a few months now and there's been no need to update the software so far, but if things change will there be someone out there making downloads available?
