iXtreme Burner MAX Imgburn Error need help!!!!!!!

i didn't mean to be disrespectful to him. just from past dealings with newbies on here, i don't put a lot of stock into what is said. joe, i am sorry didn't mean to dis you. i was menaning to have someone that has dealed with this, not just read it somewhere. and again i'm sorry joe, no disrespect ment.

 

Well, like I said, I've tried verifying several discs and imgburn said they were good, then my xbox gave me dirty disc errors. I also spent about 2 hours last week reading through the team executer forums to try and get a 100% burning method and came across prob 4+ people claiming to have the same issue when verifying discs, imgburn says it's a good burn and the xbox rejects it.

Anyway, it may be on a person to person basis. Prob depends on the media you're using and which drive your xbox has inside of it.

 

can you help me out bro please? im trying to figure out how to even get started... i hvae cod in a rar files but i cant hack it and i cant burn it becuz its in that new format xgd3 or something... what do i do? i have a mac book

 

did you get your bootloop after installing the game to the HD? BF3 is one sketchy game when installing it to the HD. I had the same problem when installing to the HD, i think its because when it asked to insert the coop disk after i installed the texture, i just turned of the console and got the bootloop, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it went away

 

It's always a good idea to verify discs, which is why the option is checked by default. As the process is automated, the only reason not to do it is impatience, haha.

You've gotta remember though that the ability to read discs will vary from drive to drive. Verify is only checking that your PC's burner can read back the data from the disc that you've just burned and that it matches the ISO on your hard drive. That doesn't necessarily mean that the game will play fine in your 360, but it's a good idea to verify a burn because if it fails you know that the burn is definitely no good.
