this game sucks to back up i have tried splitting on to 2 dvds like some ppl posted about and when i put them to discs the xbox didnt even boot the game up... has anyone got anybetter ways or ideas or detailed ideas on this game backup.. cheers guys...
Yeah I tried splitting it to two discs and it didn't work so I did a disc for each character. It works great. Just go to the movies folder and shot out the movies according the to characters. Remember in the movies folder: (You can only play as monk if you have the limited edition version) A-Ming B-Tiger C-Jen Zi D- Lu E-Lu F-Monk G-Wu *I know it's a lot of discs...
Heh I backed the whole game on to my HDD so I didn't lose anything, but seems hardly worth it to back the game up using 6-7 discs. Might wanna try this out, the game will fit on 2 discs. Hmm, i'll have to try that myself. I've never had problems backing up other games and I was just going to keep this sucker on the HDD. Thanks
I have successfully backeed up Jade Empire. What I did is start the compression with Bink video compression, then cancel every single compression, but save what you already have started to compress! You will lose all the movies, but I usually skip them anyways!!! Its better than waiting almost 4 days to compress all 3 gigs of movies! I worked for me!
