Just did Jarhead, DVD Shrink with AnyDVD did the trick with no problems...

 

Do you get paid to be an extra?, or get anything from it like a sandwich...

 

Did "Goblet of Fire" on DL DVD with AnyDVD and Decrypter in ISO read and write mode. Perfect

Edit- Shrink did Jarhead without AnyDVD

 

Jarheads got paid good and got to eat good food besides a sandwich.

 

For Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, try just DVDFAB Decrypter and Shrink (without AnyDVD) and that should work fine.

 

Potter post yesterday was false. Turns out Decrypter said burn was completed. NOT! Bad layer break. Coaster! Today I did it with Nero Express Copy DVD 1:1 on the fly at4X flawless.

did harry potter last night with dvd shrink & burned to dvd with roxio will let ya' know if burned sucsessfully in regards either to the layer break or other problems if any ! good luck & happy burning!

Let us know how Roxio burn turned out. I use Roxio infrequently and would be interested in how it did, especially if you did DL DVD.

 

goblet of fire, region 1, can be done with dvd shrink alone. no extra protection. you do not need anydvd, or anything else. Watched it last night. No problems.

AnyDvd does NOT allow Flightplan(with DvdShrink) to be ripped. I tried many combos of all suggested methods, and nothing worked. I followed the directions in another thread for VobBlanker and DvdDecryptor as well, to no avail.

Hopefully us AnyDvd subscribers will continue to receive updates that allow us to use it.

 

AnyDVD and Nero Recode will do the trick. You may have a bad press or fringerprinted or scratched disc.

 

Thanks Creaky, I tried all those. Spent a few hours messing with it and finally screw it. The only thing I didn't try was to use AnyDvd to rip to disk, then use Shrink, but I doubt if it would work either.
AnyDvd needs to be updated ASAP to correct these new lock techniques. Afterall, that's why we paid for it Thanks again guys

 

garmoon- Goblet of fire burned just fine with Roxio - Easy Dvd& Cd Creator 6 Platinum - From what I understand It does'nt support DL recording ! I believe that was in later versions ! BurNed JarHead ! movie apparently came out okay ! - used dvd shrink one wierd thing though Only deleted one audio track - directors commentary to fit to single layer disc and bonus features don't work on burned version ! I can play the movie from my USB 2.0 external HDD just fine with bonus features & all but they (BONUS Features ) don't work on DVD+R booktyped copies made from that Iso file . It's no biggie .I'm mainly amain movie kinda guy anyway but just wondered what I did wrong ? anyone Thanks & happy Burning ! Hu- Ahhhhh!!!!

I'm trying to copy jarhead. Tried using Decrypter and Shrink with and without AnyDVD in the background. I keep getting a cyclic redundancy check. Help anyone!!

I had no trouble with Jarhead with anyDVD in background, ripped with Shrink and burned with Nero Express.

 

Tried using Vobblanker like some suggested and the movie skips about halfway. Probably about the point where dvdshrink says 'cyclic redundancy check' I am trying everything possible but cannot copy this damn dvd.

Mine worked with Jarhead as well, but not Flightplan.
Using DvdShrink and AnyDvd in background.
No hangups. You may have a bad disc?
