Look up jawbone headsets. I was playing with this guy last night and and he sounded so clear so I asked him what he was using at first I thought it was usb but it was bluetooth. It was clear and he also said that every time he turned the device on it paired every time so he demonstrated it by turning off his headset in game then turned it back on and we were able to hear him again watch the demo on the jawbone website you will not be disappointed
