jay-z freeway song - higher please help me find it

    my friend and i both want this track but we can't find out what album it is on. we have gone to every record store here in town and no one knows where to get it. the radioo station here just syas that it's a bootleg and you can't buy it....yeah right....a popular song that's played on the radio and no way of buying it.....like the record company would do something stupid like that...not to mention Mr. Shawn Carter himself.......any help would be greatly appreciated

    Not sure what you mean by "jay-z freeway song - higher please help me find it"....

    Do you mean a track by Jay-Z and his rapper friend called Freeway??

    As far as I know, there have been only two tracks that Freeway recorded with Jay-Z:

    "1-900-HUSTLER" on the THE DYNASTY ROC LA FAMILIA album

    "As One" on the THE BLUEPRINT: THE GIFT & THE CURSE album

    chips...thanx for the help....unfortunately it doesn't help though....freeway and jay have worked on a couple of songs (i.e. on freeway's album)....but his song has been radio only so far...or so they say.....i find it so funny that NO ONE can help me with this ONE song...well besides your help that is, chips

    sorry you guys are right...my mistakw...the song is called "higher"....sorry.....thanx for the suggestions guys, but ihave all those already....i don't know if this helps, but the chorus has a sung melody that sounds like some kind of Indian(from India) language...for those that have an idea of what i am about to say, it sounds like it was produced by punjabi MC.......thanx for the responsezs so far

    Jay Z has a song with punjabi mc called beware of the boys. But if ur sure it is called higher, i know freeway does a lot of underground stuff with dj green lantern and u could look through his albums. I bet the song is not a real song, but rather a djs mix or that particular radio station mix.

    i myself don't know for sure....that's what the dj told me it was called....and i have seen it on the net, but i have been un able to get.....since i haven't heard the one that's on the net, i'm also not sure that it is the one....so there's my situation
