No comment.. looks like overblown flappy car audio stuff to me. Plenty of hype in the article. I would need to hear one to really say, though I don't like single sub units. It should always be a pair.
why do u say a pair of subs,just curious as i put 2 in the back of my car and i neary lose my back window lol.
It is believed that subs in pairs give a better response and soundfield, although low frequency souund is much more uniform (diffuse) and not so focused. My understanding is that give a good acoustic treatment (as echobusters) a single sub of enough power will do.
