join movie files (avi,wmv,mpeg)

hello all,

is there a program that simply joins files of the same type together without encoding. i gather virtualdub does for avi files, can it also do wmv or mpeg files.

ideally i would like 1 program to do the lot but if not, what is the best for the others. i cannot get windows movie maker to join wmv files.

have you tried using a program like Pecks Power joiner.

 

Try also Power Video Converter and Advanced X Video Converter.
