hi i have a film which has been put on to 2 cd-r discs what is the easiest way to put the film back together so i can put it on a dvd.
Are these in separate AVI files? Or are they in BIN files. If they are in BIN files as VCD then you will need to extract the video files from the BIN file. Then use a program like Nero Vision Express to make a compliant DVD with part 1 of the movie and Part 2 of the movie added together. Below is a link on how to use Nero Vision Express. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/272946
If these are VCD disc or BIN files and you do not know how to get the video from them then read below and you should be able to get the Video files you want to load into Nero Vision Express... The video file is in the "MPEGAV" folder. The video file should have a name similar to "AVSEQ.DAT". If you have the CD burnt already then load the CD in your DVD drive. Then go to the .DAT file (Find it where the above tells you to find it) and copy it to your HDD. You might want to rename it since you have 2 parts that your going to add to Nero Vision Express. (MovieNamePart1.dat) Then load the next CD into your DVD drive and copy the second part to your HDD and name it (MovieNamePart2) If you have them in BIN files then you will need to load the BIN file into ISOBuster and extract the .DAT file from the MPEGAV folder same as above. Rename each part like above. Now load the 2 parts of the movie into Nero Vision Express and make your DVD.
