Hello, this is my first post here, I apologize in adavance if it is in the wrong place, I've searched and this seems like the best place for it. I've used Avi2dvd to convert AVIs to ISO and video ts for buring with nero with great sucess, thanks to help from here. I want to join two AVIs into one file with Avi2dvd for burning with nero. I've read the help file, it says this can be done..
In AVI mode you have an avi/mkv/ogm with parts cd1..cd2..cd2..etc you can load as unique avi renaming the avis like this....Matrix CD1.avi...Matrix CD2.avi...Matrix Cd3...etc. Renaming your files like this Avi2dvd will join these avis automatically and will produce a unique film.
I've renamed the 2 files Matrix CD1 and CD2.avi. I can't figure out how to load them both in the Job Queue. I load the first one and then try the second and direct it to the same output folder and I get an error stating that the two jobs have the same output path. Please change the output path of the second job. It seems to me like they would have to be the same path to create just one output file for burning. I've searched everywhere and can't find anymore detail on how to configure this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you joined any video files in the past prior to this run you did with these avi's? Is this a full version software? Some software's make you purchase an unlock code to get full features from the software.

    hi

    rename files like this:

    Matrix CD1

    Matrix CD2

the file extension should show or not depending if you have see all files turned on?

and avi2dvd will pull the second file in automatically!

Thanks I figured it out. All you have to do is have the 2 files named appropratly. (ex. cd1, cd2) and load the first one into avi2dvd. It will automatically join the second one to it. I should have tried that from the start but I was looking for a way to load the 2nd one in also.
