I have a question about Video Joining smaller part files to whole files

Im using app "Ultra Video Joiner"

my problem is after joining, the output video allways get alot bigger than the input part files

for example. i was trying to join files thath together was 79 Mb together.
the result was a single video on 197 Mb! i dont think joining was worth it there.
When i checked the separate files in Video Inspector(R)it shows:

    Video:MPEG 1
    FPS.25,00
    977 Kbps
    Qualite:0.39b/px

    Audio:MPEG 1 Layer 2
    Sample Rate: 48 Hz
    Bitrate:80 Kbps

so i shoosed MPEG 1 to convert output to. and FPS 25,00.
after that there is not much moore file settings in the different joiner i have tested.

but here is probably the issue,no matter wich Joiner software you use there is allways a Rezise Mode like this:

should i shoose (1) Rezise to fit output size
    (2) Rezise preserving the aspect ratio
    (3) No Rezise (hm..no thanks)
    (4) Rezise crop

i shoosed nr(1) and still i cant say that the size fitted lol (se abow)
so please tell me what settings i should choose in my example. and for future settings for: AVI-WMV-MPEG

    Thanks in advance

If you just want to join, then yous shouldn't be choosing any compression.
