I have come across a series of MPEGs I wish to join such as Ski.mpg.001, Ski.mpg.002, Ski.mpg.003, etc. How do I get around these extensions so that I end up with a working mpeg. I've tried renaming the mpegs (eg. Ski01.mpg, Ski02.mpg) but that doesn't work. Sorry for this dumb question but I'm a newbie.

These are Probably not Mpeg Files ,These Sound Like Rar Files...These are File simular To Zip files but you will need a Program Called "WinRar" to extract the Mpeg file from the Rar Files...You will need all of the rar files for this Particular movie you can not just have a few of them because they are all Parts of the same Archive and the Files will need to be Named in there original Names...You can get WinRar at www.rarlab.com....Cheers
