Joining two .cue/.bin files

I have two files, a movie split into two, in .cue/.bin format. What would be the best program to join these two file together in one seamless movie please

I can burn but can't see how to join them in Nero. Am I missing something?

 

try burning it, and then you can probably find a good VCD to AVI program to rip onto your computer.
