Joining Video Problem

    I'm trying to combine two videos but i won't it says. The video streams do not share a common sampling rate.

    First Stream 00000b5/0000007d 23.97600 sample/sec
    Second Stream 02625a00/001974ef 23.97600 sample/sec

    It's the same frame rate. Correct me if I'm wrong. If there is no solution for this. Can someone please give another method without quality of the video bad.
