You need to double check your wiring. If you are using LPT, it could be several things. Do you have a picture of your setup?

do u think tat is it because i have tow resistors broking at the end of the edge like this {----[==]-/----} and i forest soled them
and i cannot git additional resistors because of holiday [like 9 day]
can i sold them directly with out resistors
here is the point J1d2.3 and j2b1.6

at first error 280,300 appear to me at first Reading but now there is no error

I actually didn't understand any of that.

    What I did understand:
No, don't try dumping the NAND without resistors.

I would go back and check all your connection points.

Can you at least copy and paste from the command prompt when you are done dumping the NAND?

No bad blocks. Dump a couple more times then type:

    Code:
    fc l1.bin l2.bin /b
That will compare the files for you

Then you are going to need to check your wiring and soldering connections. You might also look into your BIOS settings for the LPT and make sure you are grounded properly.

You have a bad block, they are never going to match. Try using nandcompare to make one good nand dump and flash to that. Worked for me when my 16mb had a bad block.

Error: 250 is a bad block. He didn't have any of those. More than likely his wiring was bad at first but looks like he has corrected it now.
