Jumping Picture thats driving me insane!

    I get a jitter in the picture when i try to watch ABC on my computer, it will play for 5 seconds then jump 10 frames ahead. No other channel does this. I checked the signal strength of ABC and FOX and theryre both 100%. ABC jitters, but FOX doesnt. This is making me crazy! I watch ABC on my TV all the time with no problem.

    I am using an ADS Tech Instant HDTV PCI Card and a Terk DVB-T antenna.

    This could be a problem with ABC.
