jumpy channels

Can any1 help,

im in the uk and i have a eurovox max V and from channels 1 to 15 the picture and the sound are both jumping like theres a problem with the signal.

ive tryed to re-boot the box but its still no better, also i seem to have lost true movies sky1-2 im all out of ideas so can any1 help thanx.

 

delete them and re scan the frequency changed.

 

thanx for that but it hasnt worked its still the same is there any specific frequencys i should be trying?

 

maybe it's te bad weather we had. they might be ok later.
