JungleFlasher does not detect com3

    hi,
    JungleFlasher does not detect my com3 port, i have tried connecting my usb to all the ports on the computer, i am using win xp a bubble pops up saying found new hardware when i plug in the ck3 usb to computer usb but i installed all the ck3 usb drivers. What can be the problem could it be the input port on my ck3 is faulty?

    help would be appreciated, please get back to me ASAP

    Found new hardware pops up
    i installed the ck3 drivers, is there any other additional drivers i have to install?

    it says found new hardware i click install the software automatically, it tries to install it and says cannot install the hardware,

    why does this happen?
    any other ways i can install drivers manually?
