I was flashing a 74850C with JungleFlasher last night and after reading the key and dumping the files, right before it ask if i want to autospoof I got a message "Dummy.bin is missing some drive specifc info".

Go here and look on page 112 to see the message:

    http://jungleflasher.net/files/JungleFlasher.pdf

I looked online and at that point i couldn't find much information about the message so i ended up skipping it and moving on. The drive still flashed fine and is up and running. But now im start worrying if everything is done proper.

What does this really do for me? Do i run the risk of being banned more for not doing this? Is it something i should go back and correct or leave it be since it's working.

Any help or comments are appericated.

To fix this, open up JF and load your dummy bin. It will ask you if you want to fix it, choose yes. Take apart your Lite-ON drive and you will looking for some white stickers. One is on the inside of the PCB board and the other is on the bottom laser. Enter the information and save your corrected dummy bin. From there you can reload your corrected dummy bin, spoof the info to iXtreme 1.6 and flash.

For one reason or another, that data was not pulled when you extracted the DVDkey.
