I looked at the gamecube backup tutorial (the very first post) and it still has information for using the broadband adapter and PSO. I didn't even know about any developments after this, but it turns out after reading some of the recent posts you can play minidvd backups with a modchip. Yea I've been in the dark about gamecube backups (well id ont have a gamecube), but i was wondering if anyone would write a more current guide incorporating the recent advances in backup games for this console. or if theres already a new guide, atleast replace this old dusty one that nobody should be reading anymore. hm hm? well just a thought.

Yea that's too bad. Well anyways I am considering buying a gamecube just cause now there are modchips. what are the disadvantages? from what ive looked up so far it can play any backup, just like a ps2 or xbox modchip.
