and its working fine, but the reason i got it was cuz my old one had no more space. but when i download something it automaticaly dls to my c drive (old hd). I know i could just direct the download straight to my new hd. but is there a way that i could just download something on to my desktop or any folder on it and it would automatically be in my f drive (new hd) so whenever i want to open up a file i wont have to go into f drive and look for it?
what program are you using to download files? you need to go into the options/config section of the program and specify where your target download location should be.
yeah, in other words, just change the location you want to save it under, but other than that, does this answer your question?? feels like that your problem isn't the only issue your having, just post more problems, and we'll try to help you out =)
