So i finally flash it and leave the case and everything open on a metal computer case. It works the game updates to the new xbx experience. Two hours later case for 360 is packed up and closed i try it and i hear sound but no video WTF?!
Assuming that you are connected through a non-HDMI cable. On the connector that connects to the video output of the xbox there is a switch on the connector itself for Standard vs HDTV output ensure that it is set correctly. You can switch it to STV and the XBOX should restart and show you video appropriately. That is the only thing I can think of, unless otherwise it is something else like gameover9 mentioned.
