Just like heaven

    Has anyone backed up "Just like Heaven" Could you please post in the forum what worked with this DVD.

    FabDecrypter(latest version)/dvd2one v2/copytodvd, no problems. if you don't have those, rum the files thru vobblanker

    Ok here is the issue that I found with Just Like Heaven and some other movies...

    Yes you can backup Just Like Heaven with Shrink & AnyDVD running in the back ground MAIN MOVIE ONLY
    If you try to backup the whole DVD with menu's extras etc etc the dvd structure is messed up so it won't play right once backed up...

    so in order to back up the whole DVD with Shrink or recode 2 you need to use DVD Fab Decrypter to rip the DVD your Hard Drive then VOB Blanker to remove any bad/blank cells and this will fix the structure of the dvd so DVD Shrink or Recode2 will create the dvd correctly...

    FULL DVD
    DVD Fab Decrypter
    Vob Blanker
    Shrink or Recode2

    Main Movie ONLY
    ANYDVD
    SHRINK or RECODE2

    Latest version of dvdfab decrypter and shrink worked for me.
    Can someone post the anydvd information window for this movie?

    DVD Decypter and DVD Shrink worked fine for me on this movie. Same for Doom and Elizabethtown. Used "File Mode" in Decrypter. All menus and Bonus materials included!

    No problem here, used AnyDVD and Clone. There is nothing special on this one I am watching it right now and it is playing perfect.

    I just did Just like Heaven on my backup athlon 3000+ pc using dvd shrink and nero for main movie only. I don't have anydvd on this pc or dvd43. Region 1 and Full Screen.

    I used anydvd and clondvd - like the others pointed out nothing special so I then used shrink by it's lonesome - nero to burn. No problems on either. I watched one copy my daughter watched the other. Full backup.
