JVC GR-D270

    I just puchased the JVC GR-D270. I cannot get the computer to recognize the camera. I'm using Windows XP Home ed. I'm using the supplied USB cable that came with the camera. I'm unable to download images.

    Thanks for the reply. The software supplied did not recognize the camera with the USB cable. I installed a fire wire and Nero 6.6 editing software. Works great. I wish the people who sold me the camera would have told me what I needed in the first place.
