k500i Joystick Problem!!! HELP!!!!

    My k500i joystick is locked and the navigation to the folders is very slow and hard !! I was wondering if someone knows how to clean the joystick and how to open the phone step by step and to clean it !!! Any HELP would be helpfull!!! THANKS!!

    Same here, but i need help for a k700i, is it possible to get the joystick working properly again, will a can of compressed air work?
