I don't have Kaspersky so I am not familiar with the program/window layout, but the same solution can be used with all firewalls. The problem lies with the fact that Kaspersky is actively blocking IP's from connecting to you. To get around this problem you need to find the IP address's of all the computers on the network, and from within Kaspersky set it to your computer to receive/send requests from these IP addresses.
Spoke to Kaspersky Antivirus in Australia about this issue, 2 weeks ago still no answer just ex6cuses, spent over 12 hours on client site changed to AVG internet security first go.
