keep gettin error message

    When ever i log on my computer, i get

    "The application faild to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click ok to terminate the application."

    I get this each and everytime i log on to computer. I rhavent used nero in months. i have a gateway laptop with vista. i have nero 7.

    does anyone know what this is and how to get rid og it?

    yes. Im the only user of it. im wondering if i sould just delete nero all togeher

    This error usually means that certain .dll's do not have permission. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Check & see if nero have a uninstall tool & cleanup utility on their website for your version,reboot then run ccleaner.If there is'nt a clean up utility at nero run cc after normal uninstall & after reboot,it also would'nt hurt to go into progfiles & delete the nero folder & if your familiar with the registry delete any nero related entries there as well,if you need to ask how to delete entries from the registry "DON'T"

    i've already deleted the backitup folder, still get the same error. Im going to uninstall then reinstall nero, then see what that does.

    download ccleaner from file hippo if you have'nt already,it's free & quite safe,once installed use the "registry" button in left column,when run it will give option to backup the obsolete files your about to delete to my doc's,it would pay to do so,you can delete the saved file in 2-3 days or whatever time frame you decide,just in case you need to restore an entry however unlikley.
