keep loosing a channel sv4 usb?

    is anyone else getting the same problem with starview 4 usb,i keep loosing playhouse d**ney,just getting a blank screen and no audio but the epg is working on it.i delete it and do a manual scan and it comes back for a few hours then goes again.only having this problem on the one channel?
