Lets say I am uploading a video onto my Ipod, and I leave the computer for one second, it restarts and comes up with a message saying that Windows Has Recovered From A Serious Error. Then I click on get more information and this is what it shows me as where the error is,
. I would like to know how to fix this restarting issue. I ran a virs scan, adware/spyware search, and even followed someone elses step-by-setp instructions about deleting something called the BlackBox. [bold]CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME[/bold]

@ fludie, you are actually recommending someone to buy a new HD if he has a virus?
    [bold]Are you serious?[/bold]
I have never read so much crap in my life. Unless you can suggest something sensible, forget it....

Ok!!! I see where everyone is coming from. I have 3 tiny problems 1) The CCleaner didn't work cause it is still restarting 2) Can't afford another hard drive (low on money) and 3) How do I reform my computer, does this mean my computer has to go back the way i first got it (with nothing on it) because I have some very important documents on this computer and I don't want to lose them.

sorry evilfullr my spelling is bad

i said you should reformat your computer
to do this there are two ways i know:

    1) if you bought your computer bundled and with softwares and a os
allready installed then u should be provided with a software to restore
your computer how it was when you bought it,

    if not

    2) then will need your os (windows XP-me-98-95 ect) CD and insert it in your drive and restart your computer and the cd should autorun before you see the desktop screen and follow the easy steps

also all your data will be erased so be VERY VERY carefull when backing up all your files make sure you have everthing backed up on
(eg. cd-r, dvd-r, flashdrive, external harddisk drive ect.)

    hope this helps!!!!
