hi sounds like youve loaded the wrong type of image IE a 1* image on a 2 chip box or a 2* image on a 1 chip box , you will need to get a prog called dboxmanager and the right image for your box , and ftp the image on to your box it should run ok after this.

what you need is the following

    cross over cable
copy of dbox image on PC
    cup of tea/cofee

    ok lets start...

    firstly switch off the dbox

disable any firewall and anti-virus application on your PC
set the IP Address of your PC to 192.168.3.10 and subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 - leave DNS and Gateway empty

now install IFA to the folder c:\IFA - no spaces in the folder names as IFA doesnt like spaces in folder name.

connect cross over cable from PC to DBox
fire up IFA on your computer
locate the image you want to flash onto the box
    select your network card
click Start or OK or what ever button its called
now it will display a Window with usual stuff
    click OK
    now turn on the DBox
it should say on the LCD IFA and other stuff.. nearly their...

it will start to flash the new image
drink tea/coffee as this will take about 10 minutes

dont worry about IP Address of the DBox, as IFA uses ARP to assign a IP Address to the box
once done - a message like FERLUG will appear on the DBox LCD 0- unplug cross over cable from dBox and restart

    still stuck
