Kicking Players

Hey all.
I play this shit online game called combat. I play it cos its so trashy its funny as hell but there's been a lot of players spamming & swearing all the time & its getting too annoying & the game itself doesn't have ANY features to boot/kick players. Are there any programs out there which can detect & boot players form games that don't have that ability & would that only work with the hosts?
Any Help would be great!
