HELP! Anyone. I have been using a product called ANY DVD, along with DVD SHRINK and NERO to burn dvds, with much success. But for the life of me I can't get KILL BILL to go through. It won't even clear the analizing portion of SHRINK without giving an IO error saying something about over laping. Yesterday I tried DVD DECRYPTER with the same results. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or some suggestions as to what i can do to get this burn. thanks in advance.

    try this mate :-
1, open decrypter choose file mode and rip your dvd.
2, open shrink and choose open files instead of open disc.
3, locate the VIDEO_TS folder that decrypter has made and load it into shrink .
it will then analyze the folder as iff it was analyzing a disc and then you shuold be able to shrink it how you like.

iff all else fails it could be that your original dvd has a fault with it , then i would take it back and swap it for another .
i did kill bill only last week with no trouble so it could be your original , but try decrypter first and check iff it needs a clean also ie. smudges scratches etc.....

Some users have also reported that when they leave their caps lock on, as you have, they get IO errors; not saying this is your problem, but you might want to go ahead and take the plunge and switch it off just in case.

Woof, Mattrage thanks for the help and my apologies for the short outburst. The file mode on Decrypter solved the problem and worked great. Thanks again.

That's the reason why I've given up on AnyDVD and started decrypting with decypter directly to the hard drive. I found more I/O errors reading from original discs - whether it's just more sensitive to scratches or what not I don't know but Decrypter seems to do the job wonderfully on anything I throw at it for the most part. :)

    GYPSYSOUL,

I don't know why you are using Any DVD with DVD Shrink and Nero since this is not necessary. I don't know if you were aware of that.

All of you have been correct about my choice of programs ie..Any DVD. I have gotten rid of it and started using the Decrypter with great results. Thanks
