And I was thinking I would buy new cooling system also.. It's kinda makes some noise sometimes. And Is here possible to buy new CPU for this motherboard? Well and also I don't want to use much money to them. So if possible something cheap, better and good xD
ur kinda stuck with this processor and motherboard its only socket am2 and thats two generations old you dont have 5 ram slots only four slots http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138124 65 dollar mobo that allows you to keep that 6 gigs of ddr2 ram you just bought and it works with the new processor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103704 100 dollar athlon quad core 2800 mhz cooling http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010 80 dollar h50 corsair hydro or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019 45 dollar zalaman heatsink n fan cpu cooler about 250-320 dollar build
Pavilion systems like this are typically microATX systems, so the motherboard AfroKidd selected is unlikely to fit in the case. You may, however, wish to get a larger case so you can use higher-rated equipment without running into potential heat issues. It is much easier to cool a properly designed case than a stock HP one, and you will have a much quieter system for it. Something like an Antec Three Hundred or even an NZXT Beta will do wonders for your cooling performance. Both the H50 and CNPS9700 coolers are very overpriced for the benefit you'll get, and they're not that quiet either. Your best bet, if you can fit one, is something like a Thermalright Ultra-120 or Tuniq Tower.
ok since when did 45 dollars become overpriced when it comes to cpu cooling??? ive seen people spend over a hundred just to cool their cpus A 80 dollar water cooler isnt a half bad deal what are you smoking? cause i wanna hit you really cant stand anything i say can you? What think im stupid?
$45 dollars isn't overpriced. The CNPS9700 is overpriced because it cools so poorly compared to everything else that costs $45. I don't think you're stupid, I just wish you'd think before you post... Suggesting a CNPS9700 in a stock HP case is pretty laughable anyway, I doubt it would even fit.
Orignal Poster - please, make this easy (to no fault of your own, listen to MR SAM!) He knows what he's doing, I only say that because mine is STILL running smoother than butter, without one single glitch! I couldnt be happier!
