Could somebody just clear something up for me - I was looking at the kiss dvd 450 player and what I want to know is, does the player work on the same principle as an mp3 player where you store the music data on a cd, enabling you to get hours of music? Could I put several several avi files onto a dvd and then the player would play them back? Or have I completely got it wrong!
The MP3 feature works just like that. Just make a data CD of your mp3s and you will have hours and hours of music. Hmm.. I don't know about that putting avi files on a DVD. Could work, but then again if you have a DVD burner, why not use full dvd quality? Putting an avi file to cd-r will work just nicely... But I heard that DivX 3.11 is not supported? That kinda sucks...
I think I have misled you in what I was trying to get across - In a nutshell - Will the kiss dvd player play data dvds? - data being the films downloaded?
Here, have a look at the player in this thread: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/40777 Chris
