Knights of the old Republic 1.02 for PC

    I wasn't sure what forum to put this on as there is no specific place for PC backups (like there is for PS2 and Xbox). Anyway, I'm trying to play KOTOR with my backed up discs and recently Lucasarts released patch 1.02 (I think it was yesterday, actually). I'm wondering if anyone has a working "fixed exe" or "no-cd patch" that allows you to play without disc 4 in your cd drive. Gamecopyworld.com doesn't have one up yet and I usually get files like this from there.
