kotor not working

    When I installed Knights of the Old Republic, I used my dvd-rw drive and the game would not work. The game's tech supp sent me revised code to input and it still won't work. Any suggestions?

    does the game just crash or it just won't start up?
    What are your system specs?

    It'll start, the cinemas at the beginning will run then it'll freeze before actual game play starts. I'm running on 512 ram, intel 2.4 ghz microprocessor, and intel extreme graphics 2 stock video card.
