I have a friend who has a gas station and he doesn't quite know how to use the security software that monitors his gas station. The video is in kpeg format, I'm pretty sure this is some type of small flash video but when viewing the video you can plainly see "avi" in the menu, I tried exporting to avi but it doesn't seem to work. I just end up w/ another kpeg file. What he wants to do is get this video onto a dvd for court. The courts here have dvd players but no way of showing this kpeg flash video as it is. I would love to help him out but I'm completely lost as far as this new file type goes, or at least it's new to me. I have ways of capturing this content through analog sources but there is now way to go fullscreen as long as this video is in it's current format, or at least not using the player that is supplied with this video. So that seems pretty pointless at this point, I'm open to anything.. if anyone can help please do, thank you.
Nevermind, I have figured out how to create the avi using the software itself thanks to this guide: http://www.crestelectronics.com/product_docs/CDR-2104N CF Viewer Manual.pdf Now my friend can prosecute "The Beer Bandit" lol.. anyways, the circled area in the photo is all I was missing, you have to set the parameters in which you want to create the avi, and then it does all the work for you, very nice! http://usera.imagecave.com/anotherbogusname/TheBeerBandit001.JPG
