Ok, here's the situation: I am going to be installing a Kreon flashed drive in my system in order to start backing up games. Up until now, a friend has been doing it on his system for me. He has an older system and is using Sammy 162d(IDE) w/ decent success. I was wondering if there are issues with using the SATA version(163b) w/ vista. My friend says I will have issues and will have to disable something(dont remember what) before I will get a Sammy SATA drive to work. I have searched this site for an hour now and have not found any issues with the SATA and Vista that havent been easily fixed. I DO have an IDE port, so going IDE wont be a problem, but I certainly would rather have the SATA if nothing was going to go wrong. Any input on this matter would be of great help. Sorry for the nubby question, I just dont want my wife nagging at me that I bought the wrong drive. Thanks again in advance.. ~Shiv

If you are in the us and don't want to buy from the korean sellers the prices are still pretty decent, atm even cheaper than ebay, even considering the shipping. Here in Germany I would only have to pay half the price though.
