    hi the picture from my box has gone out of focus,when i press the epg button the tv schelude is not very clear any ideas??

    are all your cables in nice and tight also are you using a splitter for other tv's in your house and check with a different scart lead?

    go to the menu>>> system settings>>>> other settings, and make sure the Tv Type is set to PAL, and not secam or ntsc ok.

    sorry tried downloading new firmware on kryptview downloaing not requesting came up any ideas

    no o a pc with xp tried three different leads looked a followed all instructions guide tried reading all the old threads i could fine

    if i press no's buttons to change channels ie 123 the channel wont change ??

    but are you sure you know how to flash proper?
    did you follow hiteck guide?

    All you need is below including a video for you to watch

    just make sure the box is switched off at the back first before you press the start button then switch it back on
