Can anyone suggest a reason and cure for the Krptview. It keeps switching off with a errorcode like 1 or o6.It has been flashed withe the 29/11/08 firmware and auto rolls and works fine except the switching off with the error code.TW area North London.
    Thanks for any info.

Mine also does this I flashed it originally with the 28/11/08 firmware but it was crashing every few hours with 0 displayed on screen and now it is flashed with 29/11/08 firmware and it still does it although not as often.

Each of my 4 Kryptviews does the same thing at random times. I don't think it's a firmware problem as mine have been doing it for ages. I've seen many requests for info regarding this but never seen a fix.

Usually I just unplug them, leave them for 5 minutes then plug them back in ... a minor inconvenience but thats all there is at present.

Many thanks for replies...had this earlier on in the year about April.I put it down to a bad batch of these as had 9 Krpts doing the same.I did take the covers off and unplugged all the conections then put them all in again..And they worked ok since..(not all my boxes I might add) Did write this solution on here way back earlier in the year. Now the same thing is happening on these kyptviews that have been recently flashed to get them up and running again, prior to the recent reflash they were performing well.Back to the drawing board again methinks.
    Thanks again for replies
