kryptview 780 wont update via box

    hi yesterday morning I found I only had free to air channels,i checked forum to find there are no problems but there is an online update. my box currently has software version pv4.02.01 and just sticks on searching for update.my question is do I reflash the box with the just released software or an earlier version

    latest is by online update.
    New A780 Using Online Software Update
    Date 16/08/2013
    Software Version pv4.2.03

    are you using other stuff on net as that may stop it updating,if not you may have to flash an earlier version and online update
