Hi just waiting for nag 3 switchover here in N London. Im with VM and was wondering if I switch broadband provider, do I still need to be vm television to use this box?
thanks for your reply. Can it work without a VM sub, like the previous boxs, but just plug it into the lan?
You need a live cable feed and broadband connection for boxes to work, with cable feed going into back of the box and ethernet cable going from back of the box into your router.
My starview is currently just connected into an virgin wall box which was put in for my phone line downstairs, my tv and broadband come of a wall box fitted upstairs. can i still use the downstairs cable connection on the 780? If so would I still need a sub from vm?
if you have a working box now all you do is take the cable out of the non working box and put in new box with your broadband connection
thanks for that answering to my question. I was just wondering because vm never come and remove your box if you cancel a sub with them. they usually leave it live in you wall, so why would you need a sub from them to connect your new 780?
you wont unless they have disconnect your feed or reduced your signal strenght then you will need a min sub
As this thread is titled kryptview. Exactly how much does this cost? and does it include the some subscription fee or not? And where can I source an orignal 780 and not any clones, please PM me with a link. I looked on the facebook link, but as I don't have a facebook account myself don't know which links to follow.
There is none and never has been any clones of the Kryptview box you will need to join facebook in order to get on to kryptview facebook page the link is under my post here in my signiture and as far as im aware all stock have been sold with such a demand for them september i hear is when the next lot due in
