kryptview a750 all channels dissapeared

    jst wathching tv there and all my channels have went off,turned the box on and off but still not working,stay in glasgow area,box is a kryptview a750,jst blank screen with writing saying,no channel or signal

    It's their end where the problem is you'll be back up and running shortly. You don't have to do anything.
