Have you got the ICONNECT to go with your box, if not then there is no fix apart from getting the ICONNECT or an alternative.

This will open encrypted channels. Have a look on Kryptvu i-connector facebook page, or google it
To be perfectly honest with you, it would be better for you to consider getting the Kryptview A780 (with built in LAN) around £150 that will do the job for you, the ICONNECT alone is around £110, so have a think about it.
